Knee: Heel Slides (Sitting)
Sit in a chair with your feet on the floor. Slide your foot back on your operative leg. You may use your non-operative leg to help push your operative leg back to get an extra stretch. Return to start position. Repeat 10 times per set. Do 2 sets per session. Do 2 sessions per day.
