Hip/Knee muscular holds – Quadriceps set/Gluteus sets
Pull toes toward your knee, tense muscles on front of thigh and simultaneously squeeze buttocks. Keep leg and buttocks flat on bed. Hold for 5-6 seconds. Repeat 10 times per set. Do 2 sets per session. Do 2 sessions per day.
