Hip/Knee: Standing Weight Shift (Church Pew Exercise)

Stand up straight with a chair behind you. Keep your feet flat on the floor.

Slowly shift your weight forward and back while keeping your knee straight, do not allow your heels or toes to lift from the floor. Repeat forward/backward weight shift for 1-3 minutes.
