Work Force employee assistance program (EAP) has been providing services to employers for more than 35 years. Our professional development and EAP portfolio of services helps employers provide support and skills coaching to their most valuable assets: their employees. At a Glance • Provides EAP services to all of Northern Light Health, as well as over 100 organizations throughout the nation • In-person and confidential short-term counseling for a variety of employee issues including: emotional stress, couples/marital, family issues, workplace stress, anxiety, depression, substance abuse, grief, and life transitions.

• Offers comprehensive trainings, management and HR consulting, leadership boot camps, and critical incident support services for organizations

• Recognized by the State of Maine as a comprehensive EAP service equipped to provide required Substance Abuse Professional Services for Dept. of Transportation workplace drug and alcohol violations
