Northern Light Medical Transport and Emergency Care provides emergency ambulance services to several communities and unorganized townships in Maine. Northern Light consistently performs as a best-in-class provider of emergency medical services and patient transportation. At a Glance • Four bases of operation including the primary base in Bangor, a base in Hancock County, and three hybrid bases in Brewer, Carmel, and Levant fire departments where clinical care is provided by our employees with vehicles driven by fire department personnel • Best in class clinical care with high-quality diagnostic and treatment equipment, a strong focus on vehicle safety, and a commitment to ensuring patients get the best care from the best people • 17 ambulances, including a dedicated neonatal transport vehicle and a dedicated critical care transport ambulance, as well as two wheelchair vans
