Northern Light Continuing Care, Lakewood is a 105-bed, continuing care center that includes three separate units: Alzheimer’s/dementia care, long-term care and skilled nursing care, and rehabilitation services. We are proud members of Inland Hospital and Northern Light Health, and governed by a board of directors from the local community.
