During the COVID pandemic the public increasingly turned to health systems and to medical professionals for accurate information. Research showed that we were more trusted and needed than government or other sources of information. And accurate information became our most important asset in communicating to all the people we needed to reach. To ensure Northern Light Health as a system could deliver on this, we prioritized our audiences to include our own employees as well as the public.
